By accessing our using TruckersRescue.com (“The Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. User Accounts

  • Registration: Users may create a free account by providing a valid email address, username, and password. By creating an account, users consent to the collection and use of their information as described by our Privacy Policy.
  • Public Information: Users who leave reviews may have their names displayed publicly. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that any information shared complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of others.

3. Vendor Listings

  • Submission:  Vendors may submit a free or paid listings by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including business name, address, contact details, and social media profiles.
  • Accuracy: Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. TruckersRescue.com does not verify the accuracy of vendor information and disclaims any liability for errors or omissions.
  • Content: Vendors agree that their listings may be edited and/or removed if they violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Payment Processing 

  • Third-Party Services:  Payments for paid listings are processed through third-party services, including GetPaid and Stripe. TruckersRescue.com is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these services.
  • Security: While we strive to protect user data, TruckersRescue.com is not liable for any breaches of security or unauthorized access to payment information.

5. Service Availability 

  • Uptime: TruckersRescue.com aims to provide continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Site may experience downtime due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
  • No Refunds: Users and vendors acknowledge that TruckersRescue.com is not liable for any downtime and that no refunds will be provided for periods when the Site is unavailable.

6. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckersRescue.com its affiliates, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in vendor listings.
  • Unauthorized access to user or vendor information.
  • Disruptions in service or downtime.
  • Use of third-party payment processing services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruckersRescue.com, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the site, including but not limited to:

  • Violations of these Terms.
  • Infringement of third-party rights.
  • Use of third-party payment processing services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

9. Termination 

TruckersRescue.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user or vendor who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that is detrimental to the operation of the Site.

10. Modifications

TruckersRescue.com may revise these Terms at any time. Users and vendors are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) for TruckersRescue.com

  1. Service Commitment

TruckersRescue.com strives to provide a reliable and accessible platform for users and vendors. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any disruptions.

2. Maintenance and Downtime

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Unscheduled downtime will be addressed promptly, but TruckersRescue.com does not guarantee resolution within a specific timeframe.

3. Support

Support is available via email at CS@TruckersRescue.com. Response times may vary based on the nature of the inquiry.

4. Limitations 

This SLA does not apply to issues caused by Third-party services, including but not limited to GetPaid, and/or Stripe.

5. Liability 

TruckersRescue.com is not liable for any damages arising from service interruptions or issues covered under this SLA.
